MoH Enforces 48-Hour Parking Restriction at Hospitals

  • 08/09/2024

The Ministry of Health has introduced a new series of regulations designed to manage vehicle parking in the lots of hospitals, health centers, and specialized medical facilities throughout Kuwait. These regulations take effect immediately, stipulating that vehicles must not be parked in these areas for more than 48 consecutive hours under any circumstances.

The decision made by the ministry aims to facilitate the seamless movement of vehicles to and from healthcare facilities, thereby preventing congestion and guaranteeing the availability of parking spaces for patients, visitors, and healthcare personnel. This initiative is intended to improve operational efficiency and ensure sufficient parking for individuals requiring it, especially in busy locations such as hospitals.
