Major Security Crackdown in Al-Rai Nets 207 Violators

Kuwaiti authorities have conducted a major security operation in the Al-Rai area of Farwaniya Governorate, resulting in the arrest of 207 individuals of various nationalities. The campaign was led by the Criminal Security Sector and involved high-level security officials, along with cooperation from the Fire Force, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Public Authority for Manpower.

Following the arrests, security checks revealed that 11 of the individuals had pre-existing arrest warrants issued against them. The operation also led to a wide range of violations being documented by the participating agencies. The Fire Force recorded 49 violations, the Ministry of Commerce shut down one store and issued 59 violation reports, and the Manpower authority issued 28 notices for various labor and safety infractions, also arresting 4 itinerant workers.

The Ministry of Interior stated that this campaign is part of an ongoing series of efforts across all governorates. These operations aim to uphold the rule of law and maintain public order through continuous coordination with relevant government bodies.
