Amir holds telephone conversation with Afghan President

Doha : On Thursday, the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani spoke to HE President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani. During their conversation, they discussed bilateral relations and the means to enhance them. Also discussed the latest developments in Afghanistan and the Afghan peace negotiations hosted in Doha. Also HE the Afghan President expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH the Amir for the State of Qatar's continuous efforts and its constant support to establishing peace, security, and stability in Afghanistan to realize the aspirations of the Afghan people for unity and prosperity.
