Islamabad : On Tuesday, at least five people including doctors were killed and two others sustained injuries in a mine blast targeting a vehicle carrying doctors in Afghanistan's capital city Kabul. In a statement, Kabul Police spokesman Ferdos Faramarz said the incident occurred on Tuesday morning in the Doghabad area of Police District 7 of Kabul city when a mine exploded. It had been placed on a vehicle carrying doctors working at Pul-e-Charkhi prison. The identities of the victims were not revealed. According to the reports, the victims included three female and male doctors belonging to the Health Department for Prisons. No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
