Kuwait City: With the advent of the Covid epidemic, e-payment transactions in Kuwait have skyrocketed. In July 2020, when the lockdown was imposed, more than 11 million transactions took place. In the same month in 2019, it was only 5 million. This is an increase of 122 percent. Six months after the outbreak, the country has witnessed dramatic changes.
