Kuwait City: Government-level discussions on population inequality in Kuwait are active again. It is reported that a committee has been formed in this regard. The committee is expected to comment within three months. The committee is chaired by Commerce Minister Abdullah Al Salman. The Committee has not been directed to specify the ‘target’ percentage for reforming the demographic structure. The government had earlier hinted at plans to change the ratio of expatriates to 70:30.
