EXTENSIVE SEARCH TO FIND ILLEGAL OCCUPANTS IN KUWAIT, SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED

Kuwait City: Ministry of Interior with extensive inspection in Farwaniya Governorate in Kuwait. Inspections were carried out in Farwaniya, Khaitan, Jalib Al Shuyoukh, Andalus, Firdaus, Rabia, Ardia and Friday Market Area. 


Several people were arrested during a search to find illegal occupants. Earlier during the covid expansion, illegal occupants were allowed time to legalize their status or leave the country without penalty. Authorities say about 30,000 expatriates have taken advantage of the opportunity.
