Kuwait City: Indian Ambassador Sibi George met with Kamel Al-Abdul Jaleel, Secretary General of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Literature (NCCAL). The embassy said in a press release that the two sides discussed bilateral cultural engagement, one-year celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Kuwait, and issues of mutual interest.
