RESTAURANTS AND COFFEE SHOPS ACTIVE IN KUWAIT, HOME DELIVERY DECREASED

Kuwait City: Fahad al-Abrash, head of the Kuwait Federation of Restaurants, Cafe and Catering Services, said there are currently about 4,000 restaurants operating in the country.


He added that the number would increase from 6,000 to 7,000 when other branches of restaurants are considered. When restaurants, coffee shops and hookah centers become fully operational, the number will reach 16,000. 

Home delivery dropped by 25 percent as restaurants and cafes returned to normal. With the increase in dine in, the occupancy rate has gone up to 80 per cent.
