Al-Fares issues a decision prohibiting commercial ships loaded with products from entering or leaving occupied Palestine

Dr. Rana Al-Fares, Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs, issued a ministerial decree prohibiting commercial ships loaded with products from entering or leaving the occupied State of Palestine (Israel).
 Maritime agencies registered with the Ministry of Transportation's Maritime Agencies Department are forbidden from submitting requests for foreign ship entrance permits in violation of Articles 2, 3 and 4 of the Emiri Decree of May 26, 1957.

Article One of the restriction includes any ships arriving from other ports to unload part of their cargo in Kuwaiti ports if they carry any of the prohibited commodities on board with the intention of exporting them to and from Kuwait.
