The award, given to its Digital Services Division, recognizes the successful design and implementation of a pioneering AI governance system. This system is credited with proactively enhancing service quality, efficiency, and security.
Lt. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri stated that the GDRFA views AI as a transformative tool for improving quality of life and services. He emphasized that their approach to AI governance is a national strategy built on accountability and transparency, aiming to prepare Dubai for the future with secure and efficient proactive services. Officials noted that this achievement underscores Dubai's progress in becoming a global leader in digital governance.
