Kuwait :  Kuwaiti delegation at the 42nd session of the Executive Council of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in Cairo, accompanied by Undersecretaries of Public Education Osama Al-Sultan and Private Education Dr. Abdul-Mohsen Al-Huwaila, Director of Al-Ahmadi District, Mansour Al-Daihani, Director of the Social Service Department, Faisal Al-Professor, and Said Al-Sultan


Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Egyptian National Committee for Education, Science, and Culture, gave the opening speech, emphasising that the organisation provides the most spacious and reliable framework for constructive cooperation and fruitful dialogue on issues of common interest in the fields of education, science, and culture.
