STRICT RESTRICTION IN KUWAIT FROM TODAY, SECURITY TEAM DEPLOYED IN ALL SIX GOVERNORATES

Kuwait City: Restrictions on all crowded events in the country will take effect from today. As per the Cabinet directive, strict restrictions will be imposed on the conduct of ceremonies till February 28. The same security team has been specially deployed to the six governorates to implement these recommendations. The security team is made up of 15 employees in each group.


The security team is led by the directors of security in each of the governorates. Security directors in all governorates have been notified to closely monitor celebrations at homes, chalets or farms, and have been instructed to register cases against violators and take further legal action.
