Kuwait City: More than 2.5 million citizens and expats passed through Kuwait International Airport in the first five months after the ruling permitting passengers from other countries to enter providing they had two doses of any of the corona vaccinations certified by Kuwait. According to data issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the number of departures grew from August 1 to December 31, 2021, when 1.377 million nationals and expatriates departed the country, while arrivals totaled 1.18 million.
