Kuwait City: Kholoud Al-Shehab, Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Communications, said that the Liberation Tower will reopen to the public on Sunday, coinciding with the country's national holidays. In a message to reporters on the occasion of the tower's reopening, Al-Shehab stated that the public reception will be available to everyone free of charge only for the month of February, pointing out that the tower's first opening was in 1996 and lasted only a few days. She also stated that the tower has been re-equipped with a hall featuring some of the Ministry of Communications' historical relics, which tells the ministry's history over many decades.
