Kuwait City: Dhaher Al-Suwayyan, the head of the Kuwaiti Federation of Fishermen, has asked the Public Authority for Civil Information to understand the union's demand regarding the issue of fishermen's residential addresses, as there was an agreement previously with PACI officials that all fishermen's addresses should be at the Fishermen's Union headquarters, whether in Sharq or Fahaheel, especially since fishermen who work on fishing trawlers do not have addresses. According to Al-Suwayyan, fishermen only work during specific fishing seasons and then depart the nation at the end of each season, whether shrimp fishing or otherwise.
