KUWAIT CUSTOMS SEIZES TOBACCO AND NARCOTICS

Kuwait City: Commercial shipping Air Customs officials seized counterfeit bags, shoes and accessories from leading brands. The shipment, which weighed about two tonnes, was seized. The shipment was for a local company from Turkey. Meanwhile, customs seized another shipment containing six tonnes of tobacco products. 


It came from a Gulf country. Authorities also seized personal luggage containing cannabis and hashish from a citizen who had arrived from London. Authorities said the seized items were handed over to the concerned authority for further action.
