CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES ARE BEING 'DUMPED' IN UKRAINIAN INSTITUTIONS

Thousands of disabled Ukrainian children are said to have been forgotten and abandoned in facilities that are unable to care for them.

Disability Rights International, a human rights organisation, conducted an investigation and discovered children with severe impairments tethered to beds in overcrowded children's homes, unable to cope.
