The new system, designed to ensure complete transparency, will automate the winner selection process, entirely removing the possibility of human intervention and phasing out traditional manual draws.
Under the forthcoming regulations, every draw will require supervision by an external auditor, with auditors being rotated regularly to maintain impartiality. Detailed records of all draws will be kept and included in annual internal audits. The Ministry of Commerce is currently developing the comprehensive technical and regulatory framework for this initiative, which aims to standardize fairness and integrity across all sectors, building upon systems already used by banks.
