THREE PEOPLE KILLED IN AN ATTACK IN ELAD, ISRAEL

Three people were killed and several were injured in a suspected terror assault in the Israeli city of Elad, according to authorities.


Two attackers armed with knives, axes, or both targeted passers-by in a park, according to Israeli media.

Police have set up roadblocks and are searching vehicles as part of their manhunt.

The attack took place on Israel's Independence Day, a national celebration commemorating the country's birth.
