KUWAIT SPENT 62 MILLION DINARS ON SMOKING LAST YEAR

Kuwait City: Kuwaiti nationals and residents spent an estimated 62 million dinars on smoking last year. A lot of money has been spent on cigarettes, tobacco, and its derivatives. Kuwait revealed data on tobacco and tobacco products imports last year.


Kuwait imported 18 million dollars worth of tobacco products in the last three months of the year. Imports totaled $ 17 million in the third quarter. In the second quarter, Kuwait imported 15.1 million dinars, up from 11.77 million dinars in the first quarter.
