TRADE LAUNCHES A CAMPAIGN AGAINST "GAY" SLOGANS IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: In Kuwait, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, represented by the 6-color flag, initiated a campaign against LGBT slogans.


The ministry urged people to "participate in the (censorship) effort and tell it if any slogans or words asking for or indicating a violation of public morality are observed" in a tweet.

"The typical colours of the rainbow have seven hues," the ministry noted, "whereas the flag that violates public morals contains just six colours."
