DURING THE EID HOLIDAY, 1,737 FLIGHTS PASSED THROUGH KUWAIT AIRPORT

Kuwait City: Agencies operating at the Kuwait International Airport have scaled back operations due to increased traffic as citizens and residents return after spending the Eid al-Adha holiday abroad. The airport witnessed the return of 285,000 passengers in 1,737 flights during the Eid holidays. There are many people who return after visiting the holy place during the Eid holiday.


And those who went to different countries for summer vacations are returning to the country. The responsibilities of the agencies operating at the airport have been enhanced to facilitate the movement of passengers. Civil Aviation has implemented a comprehensive plan to improve operations at the airport. Civil aviation has tried to minimize the inconvenience to passengers by increasing the number of staff at the gates and making changes in security checks.
