FOR 40 MILLION DINARS, LAILA GALLERY WAS SOLD

Kuwait City: In accordance with a real estate agreement reached with a local investor, Bukhamseen Holding Group sold the Laila Gallery business complex on Salem Al Mubarak Street in the Salmiya neighbourhood for a sum of 40 million dinars.


According to a source familiar with the transaction, the group is unaffected by the exit from the Laila Gallery complex, which consists of stores and offices and occupies a 6,407 square metre space, and falls within the framework of the Bu Khamseen Group's entry into new investments with the aim of geographical expansion and source diversification.
