NATIONAL GAMES WILL TAKE PLACE IN RIYADH STARTING ON JULY 27 FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN SAUDI ARABIA

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia is organizing the National Games for the first time. The first National Games will be held in Riyadh on October 27. More than 6,000 athletes will line up in the first Games in Saudi history. The opening ceremony will be held at the King Fahad International Stadium. 


The prize money for the winners of the 10-day Games is 20 crore Riyals. The Saudi Games were announced two years ago. It was later postponed due to Covid. More than 20,000 male and female athletes participated in the qualifying rounds. 

More than 6,000 athletes are participating in the Games. Athletes representing 200 clubs from different parts of the country are participating. Also Paralympics will also participate under the Olympic Committee.
