Kuwait City, Jan 19: Over 340 citizens and residents reported their addicted children over the past three months, according to reliable sources, as part of ongoing efforts to combat the drug phenomenon and increase public awareness of its dangers. They urged the relevant authorities to correct their behavior, treat them, and rehabilitate them after realizing their inability to control the situation, according to Al-Qabas daily.

An addict is exempt from punishment and is subject to rehabilitation if he contacts the public prosecution office or if his family reports him. The voluntary admission of a person who is addicted to drugs to the addiction treatment facility located in the Sabah Health Zone is the first move on the right path.
