MoCI warns not to use state leader's images on products

Kuwait City, Jan 22: On Friday, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a warning against marketing or selling any materials that featured the photos of His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince, or the Kuwaiti national anthem.

The Ministry Undersecretary Mohammad Al-Enezi declared that the ministry would pursue legal action against violators without hesitation. Al-Enezi warned that sudden store raids were being conducted by the ministry inspection teams to apprehend violators. He continued by saying that the inspectors had already noted several violations in this area.
