Asian man arrested for trying to smuggle hashish

Kuwait City, March 17: Customs men at Kuwait Airport T5 managed to seize an Asian who tried to smuggle a quarter kilogram hashish into the country.

The customs men suspected the expatriate, and by inspecting his luggage carefully, it was found that the hashish was hidden in two small jars, which he placed among food and vegetables he had brought from his homeland for camouflage. The expatriate and the seized items were referred to the General Administration for Drug Control.
