Kuwait Customs thwarts an attempt to smuggle one million dinars

Kuwait City, March 17: A spokesman for the General Investigation Unit announced that the Kuwaiti customs authorities thwarted an attempt to smuggle one million dinars, which was hidden inside the trunk door, roof and middle seats of a departing car.

The spokesman said, in a statement, that "the ongoing investigations with the suspect reached information that revealed that he possessed a large amount of money that he hid in the car."
