700,000 travelers pass through Kuwait airport in Ramadan

Kuwait City, April 5: The Director General of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation on assignment, Eng. Saleh Al-Fadaghi, on taking a number of proactive measures to deal with the travel seasons, revealed that the country recorded 700,000 passengers on board 7,800 flights during the month of Ramadan.

Al-Fadaghi said that after the Ramadan Ghabka, which was held by the Union of Kuwaiti Travel and Tourism Offices, Kuwait is expected to see 220,000 passengers on board 1,800 flights during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday (20 to 25 April), and the most traveled destinations during the Eid holiday are Dubai, Istanbul, Jeddah, Cairo and Doha.
