Kuwait continues to crack down on “supply thieves"

The competent authorities in the country continue their war against gangs that smuggle subsidized food commodities, within the framework of a daily follow-up to monitor the movement of goods leaving the country.

Every month, the General Administration of Customs confiscates tens of tons of food supplies and returns them to the Supply Department of the Ministry of Commerce. The General Administration of Criminal Investigation intensified monitoring under the direct supervision and instructions of the Minister of Interior Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled.
