Civil Aviation: Kuwait Airport witnessed 1.5 million passengers in August

The General Administration of Civil Aviation said that the total passenger traffic at Kuwait International Airport during the month of August amounted to 1.58 million passengers.


The acting Director General of the Department of Civil Aviation, Imad Al-Jalawi, said that Kuwait International Airport witnessed an increase in passenger traffic by 22% and an increase in aircraft traffic by 28%, while air cargo traffic increased by 5% during the month of August compared to the same period from last year.
