Labor agencies in Sri Lanka stops supply of domestic workers to Kuwait

The Sri Lankan ambassador to the country, Kandban Balasubramaniam, denied that his country had stopped sending domestic workers to Kuwait, and affirmed the continuation of cooperation between the two countries. Al-Shammari’s statement did not mention “the government stopping the supply of workers,” but rather that by “agencies and offices supplying it in Sri Lanka,” especially since the suspension came as a result of financial contractual problems between the offices of the two countries, completely far from the embassy or official level.
