The Ministry of Interior's General Administration of Residence Affairs has commenced the acceptance of applications for family visas. On the initial day of implementing this decision, the Residency Affairs departments in the six governorates processed a total of 1,800 transactions. Out of these, 1,165 transactions failed to meet the required conditions, and applicants were duly advised to fulfill the necessary procedures.
After receiving multiple resignations from employees in the Ministries of Health, Justice, and Education, the decision was made to address the issue of their families not living with them in the country. Following an extensive examination, the Ministry of Interior concluded that this decision would greatly benefit the affairs of the residency sector.
