A new decree was issued to withdraw Kuwaiti citizenship from 3 people (two men and a woman), after reviewing the constitution and Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 regarding the Kuwaiti Nationality Law and its amending laws and based on a presentation by the Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Interior. It was decided to withdraw citizenship from the three people and from those who acquired it through dependency. The total number of people whose nationalities were withdrawn rose to 250 people within 5 weeks.
