Sheikh Fahad Yousuf Al-Sabah, the First Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Interior, held a meeting with Bernard Olalia, the Undersecretary of the Philippines Department of Migrant Workers, to address the issue of resuming the recruitment of workers from the Philippines. The Public Relations and Security Media General Department of the Interior Ministry, in an official statement on 'X' account, confirmed on Monday that Kuwait and the Philippines have mutually agreed to lift the recruitment ban imposed by Kuwait. This agreement will now enable Filipinos to obtain entry and work visas for employment in Kuwait.
