Within the framework of the state's plan to address the situation in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh region, the Council of Ministers stressed the acceleration of the establishment of 6 labor cities to evacuate the region and the implementation of projects aimed at developing it.
The Council of Ministers assigned the Kuwait Municipality to transfer the ownership of 6 land sites to establish labor cities on them, in order to solve the chronic problems of the region, which has turned into a hotbed of randomness and irregularities, despite the efforts of the Ministry of Interior and other state agencies to control the conditions of the region. According to a recent government report, obtained by Al-Qabas, the labor cities to be established urgently are distributed in the areas of: Al-Sabiya, Al-Salmi Road, North Al-Mutlaa, Kabd, South Sabah Al-Ahmad Residential City, and South Al-Khairan Residential City.
