The Capital Governorate Investigation Department - Al-Qadisiyah Investigation Department - was able to uncover a gang formation outside Kuwait that practiced forging medical certificates in exchange for sums of money, and arrested two Egyptians in Kuwait.
The General Department of Security Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior said in a statement that the security efforts of the criminal security sector, through intensifying search and investigation operations into outlaws, resulted in the arrest of the gang formation. The administration added that when the two accused were confronted with the incident, they admitted and confessed to their cooperation with others outside Kuwait to forge medical certificates in exchange for sums of money collected through bank connections.
