External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Kuwait's Foreign Minister Abdullah Ali Al Yahya formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday, aimed at establishing a Joint Commission for Cooperation (JCC) at the foreign ministerial level. This agreement delineates the creation of new Joint Working Groups across various sectors, including trade, investment, education, technology, agriculture, security, and culture. These groups will function under the auspices of the JCC to assess and enhance bilateral relations between the two countries. Additionally, the JCC will supervise existing working groups focused on hydrocarbons, health, and consular issues.
