EPFO Automates Advance Claims, Settles Over 2.16 Crore Cases

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has enhanced its claims processing efficiency by automating 60% of advance withdrawal requests. This technological upgrade has led to a record 2.16 crore claims being settled in the current financial year, a significant increase from 89.52 lakh claims processed last year. The automation initiative aims to provide faster and more seamless service to EPFO members, reducing processing times and improving user experience.
