Cairo: Meteorologists predict that Saudi Arabia will receive its highest rainfall of the year in April. According to Aqeel Al-Aqeel, an expert at the Saudi National Center for Meteorology (NCM), this month typically records the most precipitation across the country.
Speaking to Al-Ekhbariya, Al-Aqeel highlighted that the most affected regions will be Asir and Al-Baha in the southwest, along with Makkah and Taif in the west. Satellite images indicate the formation of thunderstorms, which are expected to bring heavy rainfall to these areas in the coming days.
Additionally, the Meteorological Center's latest forecast warns of thunderstorms, hail, and strong dust storms in Medina, Hail, Tabuk, Al Jawf, and the northern border areas. Authorities urge residents to stay updated with weather reports for timely alerts.
