Ministerial Resolution No. 560 of 2025 has been issued by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, amending certain provisions of the earlier Ministerial Resolution No. 81 of 1976.
The amendment includes the addition of Clause No. 59 to Article 204 bis, which stipulates: “The fee for printing driving licenses for residents is 10 Kuwaiti Dinars.”
This new fee applies to all expatriates and is part of ongoing updates to streamline administrative processes and services related to residency and traffic regulations.
