Saudi Arabia has announced its most ambitious and comprehensive operational plan to date for the upcoming Hajj season, aimed at significantly improving the pilgrimage experience for millions of visitors. The initiative, led by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, includes 120 strategic initiatives and 10 smart digital tracks designed to enhance pilgrims' access to services and information.
The plan also includes 50 scientific and intellectual programs, along with the deployment of over 2,000 trained Saudi personnel to assist pilgrims throughout their journey. Seven specialized enrichment tracks have been introduced, ensuring that the spiritual message of Hajj is delivered effectively in multiple languages.
Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of the Council of Ministers for Religious Affairs, emphasized in his speech the kingdom’s dedication to serving the guests of the Two Holy Mosques. He noted that the 1446 AH plan is centered on digital transformation and artificial intelligence to ensure seamless communication and improved experiences for pilgrims worldwide.
