UAE PROMOTES 'WORK FROM HOME' IN PRIVATE SECTOR

Abu Dhabi: Ministry of Human Resources and Indigenization promotes 'work from home' in the private sector in the UAE. Officials said that this will create employment opportunities for those outside the country as well.


In case the covid is not completely free, the Ministry of Human Resources and Indigenization is proposing two types of system, part-time and full-time work from home. Work from home will help both locals and foreigners to work without being overburdened. The system will also benefit job seekers in remote areas.

The ministry aims to create a conducive environment for employees to work weekly, monthly or in full. Officials say work-from-home is good for businesses, employees and the community. The ministry points out that there are many benefits to working from home.

Get enough time to relax. You can save money by not having to travel daily. Stress will also decrease. In addition, the children will have time to care for and relax, officials said.
