UAE LAUNCHES APPLICATION PROCESS FOR MULTIPLE ENTRY TOURIST VISAS

Abu Dhabi : UAE immigration authorities begin the process of applying for a five-year multiple entry tourist visa to enter the country. This visa is available to all nationalities.


Visitors arriving on this multiple visa can travel to the UAE any number of times under their own sponsorship. Each visit can last up to 90 days in the UAE. If required, it will be extended for another 90 days. 

The applicant has to pay 650 dirhams (Rs. 13131) for a five-year multiple entry visa through the UAE Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA). Those interested can apply for a visa directly through the ICA website. The Khaleej Times reports that the documents, including the applicant's bank statements, can be uploaded directly on the website. At the same time, it is at the discretion of the Immigration Authority to grant the applicant a visa or not.
