AN EXPATRIATE BUISNESSMAN GAVE A BIRTHDAY PRESENT WORTH RS 8.5 CRORE TO HIS BELOVED

Dubai: A Rolls Royce car worth crores was given to wife as a birthday present by an expatriate Keralite's businessman. Amjad Sithara, an expatriate businessman and head of the BCC Contracting Company, a native of Kuttattoor, presented a rare gift to his wife and daughter who was only a few days old. 


Amjad's wife Marjana Amjad is a 21 - year - old BCCI chief operating officer. October 2 was Marjana's birthday. Days before this, her daughter Ayra Malika Amjad became an angel in their lives with gifts of happiness. Both were presented with Rolls-Royce's state-of-the-art luxury black badge cars. 

The car, which is worth Rs 8.5 crore in the domestic market, can carry four passengers. The car has only two doors and is 5285 mm long and 1947 mm wide. About Rs 29 lakh was paid as insurance premium. Amjad, who is also the CEO of BCCI, had earlier owned the luxury cars Mercedes G Wagon E Class, Range Rover, Bentley, Lexus, Land Cruiser, Jeep and Dodge. 

Along with these, the red Rolls Royce will be the special car in Amjad's garage. This car can reach a top speed of 100 kmph in just 4.6 seconds. The company says it can run at speeds of up to 250 kilometers per hour.
