KUWAIT CITY  – The Court of Appeals ordered a major corporation to pay a delivery company KD 218,000, plus 7% legal interest, for breaching its contractual obligations. Lawyer Muhammad Al-Sayegh, the delivery company's legal counsel, filed a lawsuit on the company's behalf.
