Police use a drone to apprehend 61 juveniles and 'drifters' from a campground

KUWAIT CITY : The traffic sector's security campaigns over the last week resulted in the arrest of 61 juveniles for driving without a licence, according to Al-Anba daily.

According to the daily, 63 violators were referred to traffic police during the campaigns for serious violations such as tinting the glass to an illegal level, reckless driving, and installing parts in the exhaust to make annoying noises.

According to the daily, 14 people were arrested who had been sentenced in absentia and were wanted by the law to serve prison sentences.

On the other hand, the traffic sector conducted a campaign against a camp in the Al-Subbiya area where reckless motorists who organise illegal races hide their vehicles, and many cars were seized.
