MOCI ANALYSES FOOD PRICES IN STORES, SUPERMARKETS, AND COOPERATIVES

Kuwait City: A price monitoring campaign was launched in all governorates' shops, supermarkets, and cooperatives to ensure compliance with the Ministry of Commerce's determination not to hike goods prices.


The technical team was in charge of commodity supervision and price determination. They matched and compared the costs to the price lists provided by the ministry. Such campaigns, according to the government, will continue in order to control the artificial price rise and protect customers' rights.
