KUWAIT'S OIL PRODUCTION RISES TO HIGHEST LEVEL IN TWO YEARS

Kuwait City: Kuwait is heading to increase its oil production to 2.786 million barrels as of the beginning of July 2022, according to the quota set by the “OPEC +” alliance.


The sources said that Kuwait's production level at the beginning of next month will be the highest in two years, specifically in July 2020, since the outbreak of the Corona pandemic began, and the decision of the OPEC countries and its allies to reduce production levels to record levels in line with the low levels of demand and the collapse of prices. The sources stated that the highest level of Kuwait's oil production reached 3.132 million barrels in May 2020.

The "OPEC +" alliance will meet next Thursday, hypothetically, to discuss production levels and oil markets.
